Height: 9 feet

Pair of rare and monumental American marble lidded Urns, carved with ram's heads and eagles, including niche base facades.  These were originally designed & executed by Carrere & Hastings, NYC. This illustrious firm, whose partners were originally with the venerable firm McKim, Meade, and White, designed such legendary classic Beaux Arts palaces as the Frick Mansion, the New York Public Library, and Whitehall (the Flagler Museum); c. 1920.
